At Ceravia, we take pride in the quality of our candles, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- Returns: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the candles must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging intact. Email us at contact@ceravia.co.uk to initiate a return.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective product, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been used or are not in their original condition, or on custom-made orders unless they are damaged or defective.
